My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but being a smoking room made them feel stuffy with no ventilation. However, navigating the room numbers and temperature control was a bit confusing. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating and friendly staff even though there was a slight indifferent attitude at times. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but needed better ventilation. The dining options had their ups and downs, with some friendly servers but also some disappointing aspects. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at AMERISTAR in Kansas City! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had super comfy beds, but there was a slight issue with a marijuana smell. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, but there were some discrepancies in information provided. The location was perfect, offering a spacious and peaceful retreat away from the casino noise. Dining at the hotel was delightful with various stations, although there could have been more food options available. Overall, a great value for money stay!
